The mission of Caryn Elementary is to create a positive and safe learning environment to support 21st century education. Through mutual respect, within the total school community, our children will thrive in a culturally diverse atmosphere where faculty, staff, students and parents are dedicated to the teaching and learning process.
To accomplish our school mission, we will continually develop our capacity to function as a professional learning community. We envision a school in which all stakeholders support the following:
Monitor data frequently to support academic standards and behavioral needs to drive instruction
Seek and implement highly effective strategies for improving student learning on a continuous basis including the use of technology
Work together and interdependently, in collaborative teams, to ensure all students have equitable access to curriculum
