Ms. Robinson

Thanks for Stopping By!

Hello everyone and welcome to 8th grade! My name is Ms. Robinson and I will be your 8th grade Language Arts, Social Studies, and History teacher.

This year will mark my 20th year of teaching. I have taught kinder, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th grade. I have to say that 8th graders are my absolute favorite group of students to work with. I am the oldest of 3, with a sister who is a nurse practitioner, a brother who is an animator, and two parents that have been married for 51 years. As the year progresses, I'm sure you'll learn a few more "fun facts" about me and I can't wait to learn more about you. I am so lucky to be a part of your journey as you navigate through your last year of middle school!

Overall, the purpose of this page is to give students and their families quick access to resources you will need throughout the school year as well has get a quick overview of where we are in our learning as the year progresses. Please be sure to take some time to explore this site, giving special attention to the syllabus and your designated Google Classroom links. Google Classroom will be where homework, class updates & announcements will be housed. I would also suggest you add this site to your favorites tab.

I am looking forward to making it a year that we can all look back on with fond memories. Together I know we will make this a great year!

Some of the events Leadership is responsible for include organizing Spirit Days, selling/distributing spirit grams, welcoming new students, advertising and managing special events, fundraising, and coordinating  recycling programs. Leadership is also responsible for helping with special occasions such as Red Ribbon Week, Pennies for Leukemia, and Operation Gratitude.
